RETURN, EXCHANGE & FINAL SALE POLICY

At INNA ELSIE, every wedding dress and bridal garment is handcrafted and produced specifically for each customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

WEDDING DRESSES – NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS

ALL WEDDING DRESSES ARE FINAL SALE.

Because each wedding dress is custom-made according to the bride's measurements, specifications, design selections, and production requirements, wedding dresses are:

• Non-Returnable
• Non-Exchangeable
• Non-Refundable

NO EXCEPTIONS.

Wedding dresses are created specifically for the individual customer and cannot be resold as standard inventory.

Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

A customer is not entitled to a refund because:

• The dress was made specifically for that customer.
• The dress cannot be resold as a standard retail item.
• Production costs, labor, materials, and customization are incurred specifically for that order.
• The dress was manufactured according to the customer's approved measurements and specifications.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom and made-to-order products are FINAL SALE.

This includes:

• Wedding Dresses
• Custom Bridal Robes
• Customized Garments
• Made-to-Order Pieces
• Special Production Orders

Custom-made products are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund once production has commenced.

DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.

If the customer receives, possesses, wears, photographs, publicly displays, alters, or uses the garment in any manner, the item is considered accepted and is no longer eligible for any return, exchange, or refund.

Items used for:

• Weddings
• Engagement Shoots
• Bridal Portraits
• Social Media Content
• Photography Sessions
• Commercial Use

are automatically ineligible for return, exchange, or refund.

BRIDAL ROBES

Because bridal robes are delicate fashion garments and often produced by order, all bridal robes are considered FINAL SALE unless otherwise approved in writing by INNA ELSIE.

Fit preference, personal taste, length preference, lace placement, drape, or styling expectations do not constitute defects.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Same-Day Cancellation: Full refund minus payment processing fees.
• Cancellation Within 24 Hours: 50% refund.
• After 72 Hours: NO REFUND. Production has commenced.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify INNA ELSIE within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order Number
• Photographs of the issue
• Written description of the concern

INNA ELSIE reserves the right to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve verified manufacturing defects at its sole discretion.

LEGAL NOTICE

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that all wedding dresses and custom-made products are created specifically for that customer and are FINAL SALE.

The customer expressly agrees that custom wedding dresses, made-to-order garments, and personalized products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund after production has commenced.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.
