- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer store credit for change of mind. - Our commitment is to ensure that every item is brand new or custom-made for each client, with no piece ever being worn, returned, or resold.

2. **Eligibility for Exchange**: - Items are only eligible for exchange if there is an issue with the size, provided the product is in brand-new condition.

- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your order for an exchange.

- Please note that we do not provide return labels.

- **Same Day**: Full refund -10% bank fees if canceled within the same day of purchase. -

**Next Day**: 50% refund if canceled the next day. -

**After 72 Hours**: No refund will be provided.
